Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return product within 7 days (some restrictions apply) and provide original order/invoice number, return tracking number and courier name via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within five business days.
Avalon has a 7 day return policy on most items
Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Camera Lenses, GPS & Headphones:
7 days for return or exchange. 20% restocking fee on opened items.
Cellular Phones :
7 days for return or exchange. 25% restocking fee.
Laptop/Notebook And Desktop Computers*
You may return any new computer purchased from Avalon that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Avalon reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 25 % of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Avalon will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 7 days after you receive the shipment. 25% restocking fee on opened items (computer hardware, tablets, iPads,e-readers, portable video players & accessories)
Computer Software, Video Games & Gaming Systems and accessories/peripherals :
7 day return on unopened merchandise and 15% restocking fee
